🥘 Creamy Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 200g pasta (fettuccine or spaghetti)

  • 250g fresh mushrooms (sliced)

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 200ml heavy cream

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

 

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

  3. Add sliced mushrooms, cook until tender (5-7 minutes).

  4. Pour in the cream, season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.

  5. Toss in the pasta, mix well until coated.

  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot!

Pro Tip: Add grated parmesan for extra richness!

🥗 Fresh Quinoa Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup quinoa (rinsed)

  • 2 cups water

  • 1 cucumber (diced)

  • 1 bell pepper (diced)

  • 1/2 red onion (finely chopped)

  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves (chopped)

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook quinoa with water until fluffy (about 15 minutes). Let it cool.

  2. In a bowl, combine quinoa, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and mint.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.

  5. Chill before serving!

Pro Tip: Add feta cheese or avocado for extra creaminess.

🍮 Classic Vanilla Panna Cotta

Ingredients:

  • 500ml heavy cream

  • 100ml milk

  • 80g sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tsp gelatin powder

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, heat cream, milk, and sugar over low heat. Stir until sugar dissolves.

  2. Remove from heat, add vanilla extract.

  3. In a small bowl, dissolve gelatin in 2 tbsp cold water, then add to the warm cream mixture.
