🥘 Creamy Mushroom Pasta
Ingredients:
200g pasta (fettuccine or spaghetti)
250g fresh mushrooms (sliced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
200ml heavy cream
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add sliced mushrooms, cook until tender (5-7 minutes).
Pour in the cream, season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Toss in the pasta, mix well until coated.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot!
Pro Tip: Add grated parmesan for extra richness!

🥗 Fresh Quinoa Salad
Ingredients:
1 cup quinoa (rinsed)
2 cups water
1 cucumber (diced)
1 bell pepper (diced)
1/2 red onion (finely chopped)
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves (chopped)
3 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook quinoa with water until fluffy (about 15 minutes). Let it cool.
In a bowl, combine quinoa, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and mint.
In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
Chill before serving!
Pro Tip: Add feta cheese or avocado for extra creaminess.

🍮 Classic Vanilla Panna Cotta
Ingredients:
500ml heavy cream
100ml milk
80g sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp gelatin powder
Fresh berries (for garnish)
Instructions:
In a saucepan, heat cream, milk, and sugar over low heat. Stir until sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat, add vanilla extract.
In a small bowl, dissolve gelatin in 2 tbsp cold water, then add to the warm cream mixture.
Pour into serving glasses, let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Garnish with fresh berries before serving.
